Gruv collects only what we need to sell and deliver event tickets: your name, email, and purchase history. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment details are processed by Stripe and PayBudie — Gruv never stores card numbers or wallet credentials on our servers.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@gruv.ng.

Tickets purchased on Gruv are issued by the event organizer. Entry terms, age limits, and refund windows are set per event and shown at checkout.

Reselling tickets above face value is prohibited. Each QR ticket admits one person and is invalidated after first scan.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings. Gruv may remove listings that violate these terms.

Gruv uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Anonymous, aggregated analytics may be collected to improve the product — never tied to your identity.
